Northwell Health is seeking a Regional Field Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care in home settings across Manhattan, with orientation sessions in the Bronx. This temp-to-perm position covers a broad range of field and on-site duties, starting at $74/hr with a strong emphasis on clinical leadership.

The role requires NY RN licensure, 3+ years of nursing experience, and the ability to train and supervise field staff while maintaining regulatory compliance across home-based services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current active and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Infection control coursework per NYSED.
• 3+ years clinical nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.
• Experience with frail/elderly population;PACE training may be required.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.
• Experience with long-term/managed care systems beneficial.
• Valid NY driver's license and vehicle.
• Immunizations up to date.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Conduct supervisory joint visits with Field Nurses.
• Offer training and in-service education to field staff.
• Perform nursing duties in DTC or Medical Practice as assigned.
• Act as clinical oversight and quality monitor for home-based services.
• Conduct audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and guide Home Health Aides and CHNs.
• Coordinate with care coordinators and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control.
