You will travel weekly to different offices, deliver coaching sessions, and translate corporate marketing initiatives into practical guidance for agents with varying tech comfort levels. This role blends marketing with project management to drive agent success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, a creative agency, or communications.
• Real estate industry experience preferred, not required.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new platforms and tools.
• Working knowledge of paid social campaign basics.
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing support.
• Run one-on-one and small group sessions to build agents' personal marketing strategy.
• Translate corporate marketing initiatives into practical guidance for agents.
• Conduct digital scorecard reviews and turn findings into action plans.
• Build social media strategy for agents, including organic content and paid campaigns.
• Support office and market campaigns, events, and press features.
• Onboard newly affiliated agents and run monthly trainings/workshops.
