Job summary

Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to support local real estate agents by building their business using Coldwell Banker’s programs and technology. This role protects the brand and showcases the Core 4 value proposition to agents.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with branch managers, deliver group and one-on-one marketing sessions, and develop digital strategies including social media and online testimonials.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications.
• Prior real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn online tools.
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns.
• Strong presentation, writing and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agents needing strategic marketing and brand support.
• Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies and Core 4.
• Develop digital marketing strategies including social media and online presence.
• Conduct annual review of agents’ digital scorecard and identify improvements.
• Provide one-on-one support and issue resolution for agents as needed.
• Prepare monthly education and marketing workshop calendars and present sessions.
• Support multiple offices regionally, attend meetings, and assist with awards and outreach events.
• Assist onboarding of newly affiliated agents and set them up for success.
• Create personalized recruiting presentations with branch manager.
• Collaborate with creative team for local recruiting and ad campaigns.
• Attend regional marketing meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate with Field Marketing Manager on initiatives and regional activity.
• Submit competitive intelligence samples to recruiting portal.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing language and REALTOR® requirements.
