You will work with branch managers, consult on personal marketing strategies, coordinate training, and collaborate with the creative team on recruiting campaigns, as travel to multiple offices is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, creative agency, or communications experience (field marketing preferred).
• Prior real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to learn other tools.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development.
• Strong presentation, writing and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agents needing marketing and brand support.
• Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies and Core 4.
• Develop digital marketing plans using social media and online profiles.
• Present marketing workshops in-office and online.
• Support regional offices and attend group meetings.
• Onboard newly affiliated agents and prepare recruiting presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team on local recruiting campaigns.
• Track regional activity and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing language and REALTOR rules.
