Snowflake in Paris seeks a strategic, execution‑oriented marketing leader to step into a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover as Manager, Field Marketing EMEA South & META. You’ll lead seven people across Spain, Italy, Israel and the UAE, driving demand, pipeline and customer engagement aligned to Snowflake’s growth in fast‑moving sub-regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B field or regional marketing for tech/SaaS.
• 2+ years of people management across countries.
• Proven ability to influence senior sales leadership without direct authority.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Spanish/Italian/Hebrew a plus.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional field marketing strategy for South EMEA & META across Spain, Italy, Israel, and the UAE.
• Lead a seven-person team across four countries with clear objectives and cadence.
• Align with Sales leadership; co-develop quarterly GTM plans and pipeline targets.
• Oversee events, partner marketing, and sponsorships to hit targets.
• Drive measurable pipeline impact with Sales, SDR, Partner, and ABM teams.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Growth, Partner Marketing and Strategy Events.
• Bring market context to regional planning and investment decisions.
