Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in events marketing, experience across France, and a proven ability to travel for conferences and face-to-face engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of events marketing and demand generation experience in B2B, preferably with a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience working across France.
• Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, including Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
• Ability to travel as needed to events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional marketing leader for France and execute a diversified program mix.
• Build relationships with Regional Sales Directors, EMEA Marketing Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop the regional field marketing plan to meet growth and revenue objectives.
• Plan and run regionally relevant campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to engage key target accounts and measure ROI.
• Track budgets, lead flow, results, and communicate status across teams.
