Job summary

The LIBRE Initiative is seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify and mobilize grassroots leaders in South East Wisconsin, coordinating training and resources to advance policy reforms aligned with LIBRE’s principles. You will organize events and direct volunteers, while ensuring regular communication to keep teams engaged and effective.

Ideal candidates bring grassroots advocacy or campaign experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a flexible schedule to travel and work evenings

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in the state and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with LIBRE training and resources to drive action.
• Organize events for public engagement through calls, social media, or in-person visits.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists educated, active, and motivated.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including scheduling and compliance.
