Job summary

The LIBRE Initiative seeks a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and mobilize grassroots leaders in Las Vegas, Nevada, to advocate for policy reforms aligned with LIBRE and Stand Together’s values. You will manage local volunteers, organize events, and drive community engagement across the state.

This role requires strong people skills, policy knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with travel to meet activists and communities throughout

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and mobilize volunteers and activists.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists across the state and recruit them as leaders.
• Equip local leaders with tools and training to advocate for LIBRE principles.
• Organize events and outreach to engage the public and educate on policy issues.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.
• Supervise part-time canvassing contractors and ensure compliance with laws.
