Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 4 years of medical device inventory management experience.
• 3+ years of inventory management and field operations experience.
• Experience with physical audits, reconciliations, and performance metrics.
• ERP or inventory management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Support field inventory strategy and optimization aligned with business needs.
• Analyze utilization, turns, aging, excess inventory, and field performance.
• Coordinate physical audits and inventory counts across domestic locations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams for audits and reconciliations.
• Support consignment and field logistics, including critical inventory events.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, and Sales on launches and transitions.
