Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is looking for a Regional Field Exam Manager to oversee its Asset-Based Lending Field Examination team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will manage a team, ensure the integrity and governance of field exams while delivering high-quality collateral examinations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in field examinations and a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of direct field examination experience, with at least 7 years in ABL.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience leading field exam teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Assistant Managers and Field Examiners.
• Ensure timely posting and review of examinations.
• Oversee tracking and reconciliation of field exam expenses.
