Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Senior Field Examiner to lead and independently perform initial and recurring field examinations for Commercial and Asset Based loans on-site at selected regional clients. You will review collateral, cash, receivables, payables and financial statements to assess credit worthiness and risk.

The role requires seven years of field examination experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
Seven years of Commercial Field Examination and Asset Based Loan experience preferred.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to exercise prudent judgement and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

Conduct field examinations independently or as lead examiner for asset based and commercial loans.
Prepare field examination reports highlighting variances and provide recommendations.
Evaluate borrowing bases to ensure compliance with bank requirements.
Review customers' accounting procedures to identify collateral risk and ensure standards.
Assess customers' financial condition through bank statements and reports.
Assist in reviewing examinations by vendors to ensure audit standards.
Assist in training new field examiners.
