Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a proactive Supervisor, Field Construction to oversee facility maintenance, repair, and construction projects across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. You will lead planning, budgeting, and supplier management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

The role requires extensive travel (~75%), strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects across the assigned region.
• Coordinate project planning, permitting, and construction activities from inception through completion.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Review bids for scope, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, and governing agencies.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
