Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Supervisor, Field Construction to oversee facility maintenance, repair, and construction projects across the Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana region. The role requires coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring project completion, and maintaining operational standards while traveling throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction management or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel ~75% across the region including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance and facility improvement projects across the assigned region.
• Coordinate project planning, permitting and construction activities from inception through completion.
• Source, evaluate and manage contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Review bids for scope, accuracy and cost effectiveness.
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, contractors and governing agencies.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality and job-site protocols.
• Build strong working relationships with field operations teams and business partners.
