Job summary

Caliber is seeking a motivated and organized Supervisor, Field Construction to oversee facility maintenance, repair, and construction projects across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role manages improvement initiatives, coordinates contractors, and ensures safety and quality across sites.

The ideal candidate will travel approximately 75% of the time, bring facilities, construction, or project management experience, and organize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Approximately 75% travel throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, including overnight travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects across the assigned region.
• Coordinate project planning, permitting, and construction activities from inception through completion.
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Review bids for scope, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, and governing agencies.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and job-site protocols.
• Build strong working relationships with field operations teams and business partners.
