Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a similar position.
• 3-5 years experience at the component level or subsystem level design.
• 3-5 years experience in thermal management, EMI management, or microwave absorbers.

Responsibilities

• Work with OEM engineers and sales to implement solutions.
• Provide technical design support during customer meetings.
• Drive customer interactions from prototype to production.
• Create and manage documentation for production.
