Job summary

Midco is seeking a Regional Construction Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of network construction projects in Minnesota. You will oversee field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while coordinating with stakeholders and cross‑functional groups.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in construction or broadband with project leadership, a valid license with DOT compliance, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years in construction or broadband with project development and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and DOT requirements.
• FTR certification within 60 days of hire and apply principles.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel and work non‑standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects per company standards and budgets.
• Ensure safety, on‑time delivery, and quality across projects.
• Provide diagrams, documentation, reporting, and support.
• Allocate resources to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance for each project.
• Prepare as‑builts and ensure timely documentation.
• Create BOQs and coordinate with Materials Management.
• Engage with state, local, and utility entities for permits.
