Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Development – Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple offices within a defined region. The role emphasizes responsiveness to work orders, vendor management, and proactive maintenance strategies to uphold high facility standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Facilities teams, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive experience in Facilities or Construction Management.
• 2+ years experience with Service Channel (Facilities Maintenance System).
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with a team.
• HVAC and general building maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and coordinate work among vendors and contractors.
• Provide emergency or disaster response for properties as needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage contracts for parts and services.
• Schedule and review preventative maintenance programs and identify savings opportunities.
• Communicate with property owners on lease requirements and responsibilities.
