Job summary

PATH is seeking an Associate Director of Facilities & Safety in Los Angeles to lead and oversee facilities management and safety governance across the organization. This role involves partnering with regional managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing multi-site facilities operations.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience managing managers or regional teams.
• One (1) year of facilities experience within a medical, hospital, or mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regional Facilities Operations Managers.
• Establish and enforce facilities standards and governance frameworks.
• Provide operational oversight of safety and emergency preparedness programs.
