Job summary

RFS® is seeking a high-performance Project Manager to lead multisite facility projects across a regional territory. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and strong client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

The position is travel-heavy, with approximately 80% travel, covering Mid-Atlantic/Northeast regions, and includes coordinating with field crews and internal teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multisite construction or facilities projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and financial oversight skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites, estimate and quote projects within regional territory.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator on material take-offs, logistics, and close-out.
• Provide daily updates to clients with photos.
• Manage multiple active projects across the territory.
• Communicate design changes and cost impacts with clients.
• Conduct monthly RFS® Quality Evaluations on-site.
• Support issue resolution and field decisions.
