Job summary

Contract Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Palm Desert region.

This role leads a field team, coordinates client service, and ensures safety and quality across facilities in Indian Wells and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality or facilities operations, strong communication and scheduling skills, and the ability to manage timekeeping and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in hospitality, janitorial services, facilities operations, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, client-service, verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll reporting, coaching, and performance follow-up.
• Knowledge of janitorial methods, cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, and Cal-OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use or learn CSG systems including WorkWave, WinTeam, EPay, and related apps.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering exceptional service, strengthening client partnerships, resolving concerns promptly, and growing accounts.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill requests and maintain quality.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate team members while upholding standards.
• Prepare staffing schedules, coordinate projects, maintain shift coverage, and ensure on-time work completion.
• Review timekeeping and payroll records; complete operational reports accurately.
• Conduct safety training, enforce Cal-OSHA procedures, and report hazards or incidents.
• Train team on quality-control procedures and follow through on corrective actions.
• Attend leadership meetings and communicate regional performance and staffing needs.
