Job summary

WavePoolMag in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain a clean and safe environment in all back and front of house areas. You will follow procedures, complete AM/PM checklists, and sanitize high-touch areas to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates communicate well, can lift up to 50 lbs, and move materials as needed. You will clean restrooms, stock closets, and assist with daily operations while attending scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to work at a fast pace while standing or long periods of time.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in mop areas.
• Restock all closets.
• Removes all garbage.
• Keep closets organized and alert management when running low on stock.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move it 75 yards on a regular basis.
• Ability to push trash carts weighing up to 50 pounds up to 250 feet.

Responsibilities

• Follow all procedures to ensure that the Facility is clean, safe, and in good repair for both associates and guests.
• Complete daily checklist AM and PM.
• Clean and sanitize all high touch areas.
• Sweep and mop the stockrooms, associate breakrooms and all restrooms.
• Transport all trash and food debris to the compactor after every walk-in.
• Maintain and clean all public areas including employee and guest restrooms.
• Perform all additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
• Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
• Maintain knowledge of all events and amenities of Revel Surf.
