Responsibilities

• Obtain competitive quotes for repairs and services; standardize vendor contracts.
• Administer the Facilities Maintenance Work Order system and audit reconciliation.
• Manage vendor lifecycle, onboarding, maintenance and termination.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections.
• Respond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support.
• Collaborate on projects to improve environmental sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
