Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ FM supplier contract management across multi-site estates.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, governance, and performance reviews.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control for large FM programs.
• Strong M&E knowledge for retail estates.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead FM suppliers and consultants to meet day-to-day service standards across the region.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, SLAs and audits to drive improvement.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and reactive services to standards.
• Collaborate with procurement to review contracts and tenders for value.
• Plan FM for new store openings and expansions to ensure readiness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on contract performance.
