This permanent, full-time role combines administrative, planning and hands-on maintenance supervision across several facilities. The candidate will coordinate assignments, monitor preventative maintenance, manage budgets and staff levels, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years building maintenance and 3+ years as supervisor.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in building maintenance and 3+ years as supervisor.
• High school or trade diploma with 8+ years in maintenance and 3+ years as supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, planning, maintenance and supervisory work across multiple locations.
• Coordinate assignments and oversee preventative maintenance and small construction projects.
• Provide assessments during budget planning and manage staffing levels and overtime.
