Job summary

Retail Region 2 Administration is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain 25-30 locations, ensuring safe, functional facilities and compliance with safety regulations. This role provides hands-on service and collaborates with Facilities Managers to address day-to-day needs.

You will perform preventative maintenance, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and respond to requests promptly. A high school diploma, 5+ years of facilities experience, and a valid driver's license are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within a multi-building portfolio.
• Some vocational training or experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 25-30 buildings in a defined area with monthly site visits.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in coordination with Facilities Manager.
• Make repairs including plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, painting, and hanging items.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep facilities in good order.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate with facilities managers and staff.
