Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college degree; CPM/RPA designation preferred.
• At least 5 years in real estate with facility or property management; 7–10 years preferred.
• Experience supervising and managing staff; hiring, training, performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the approved strategic plan for the portfolio.
• Prepares annual budget and monthly variance reports.
• Conducts site inspections and ensures policy compliance.
• Coordinates with client on space planning and occupancy reporting.
