Job summary

Uline, located at 700 Uline Way, Allentown, PA 18106, is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team and keep a growing distribution network running smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing diverse facilities staff, auditing sites, and planning budgets above $5 million, with travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is preferred, and 10+ years of warehouse facilities experience is expected.

• Experience managing budgets >$5M.
• Experience with CMMS.

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set‑up, maintenance and repair.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million.
• Computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations.
