Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned distributor with a nationwide footprint, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team in Pennsylvania. This on‑site role ensures our distribution centers run smoothly and safely in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee maintenance, grounds and custodial staff, plan multi‑million dollar budgets, and drive projects while maintaining top‑tier facility standards. Bachelor’s is required; Master’s preferred, 10+ years of multi‑site experience, and CMMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of facilities experience across multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets > $5M.
• CMMS experience required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance and repair.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million.
• Computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations.
