Job summary

Uline seeks a Regional Facilities Manager in Pennsylvania to lead a growing facilities team across distribution centers. You will oversee maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff, plan budgets and projects, and ensure safe and efficient site operations in a large distribution environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with large warehouses, proficiency with CMMS, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets greater than $5 million.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities team across maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and leadership for facilities operations.
• Plan budgets, capital expenses, and projects.
• Audit buildings, sites, and equipment for upkeep and compliance.
• Develop policies for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance and repair.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million.
• Computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Ability to travel to Uline’s domestic and international locations.
