Job summary

Uline is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team and ensure our expanding footprint of distribution centers runs efficiently. This on-site role demands strategic oversight of maintenance, safety, and operational standards at multiple locations.

You will manage budgets over $5M, guide a diverse staff, and travel domestically and internationally as needed to support large-scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience budgeting > $5 million.
• CMMS experience required.
• Ability to travel to Uline's domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure staffing levels and leadership at facilities across locations.
• Plan budgets, capital expenses and projects accurately.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance and upkeep.
• Develop policies for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance and repair.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage diverse teams of facilities staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and leadership.
• Accurately plan budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance and repair.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million.
• Computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Ability to travel to Uline's domestic and international locations.
