Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to support on-site safety and upkeep across Massachusetts locations. You will assist with setup of new locations, manage utilities, equipment, furniture deliveries, and maintenance tasks, including snow removal and repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site directors, vendors, IT setup, and delivering timely service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with travel to MA clinic locations.
• Ability to occasionally lift and transport heavy items.
• Knowledge of contract management; positive rapport with vendors.
• IT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with site directors and regional leadership via text, phone, email, and Teams.
• Coordinate with vendors; ensure responsibilities, payments, and contracts are met.
• Minor facility duties such as light bulb changes and cosmetic repairs.
• Place service calls for plumbing, electrical, and other needs.
• Assist with basic IT management including setup of new computers and printers.
• Order supplies and schedule equipment deliveries.
• Transport supplies/equipment between sites as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
