Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to support on-site safety and upkeep across Massachusetts locations. The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist will assist with all on-site safety and upkeep throughout the Massachusetts region. Responsible for helping in the set up of new locations and acquisitions, including but not limited to, utilities, equipment, furniture deliveries, installation, and pick-ups. Ensures all new and existing building needs are met across all clinic locations, including snow removal, clean up, cosmetic repairs, equipment updates and fixes, and all other site related maintenance tasks.
Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
