Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations across its Massachusetts facilities. The role requires strategic leadership of physical plant systems, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable infrastructure to support high-quality resident care.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate preventive maintenance, and prepare facilities for state and federal surveys.

Qualifications

• Extensive long-term care maintenance leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Well-versed in Life Safety Code compliance and survey processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities across MA.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and state/federal requirements.
• Direct and support facility maintenance teams in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
• Participate in and prepare facilities for state and federal surveys.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and capital improvement projects.
