Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience, preferably at multiple sites.

• Certifications in HVAC-R/EPA Universal, plumbing, electrical, and OSHA 10-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building systems.
• Provide maintenance support to multiple sites.
• Respond to escalated maintenance issues.
• Participate in emergency repairs and on-call rotations.
• Support preventive maintenance programs.
