Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance within a large facility.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Clean, valid NYS driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to lights, plumbing, and windows as needed.
• Coordinate work orders to meet program deadlines.
