Eminence in Memphis, TN is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. The role centers on leading teams, managing budgets, ensuring safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate daily operations, drive quality control, and collaborate with facilities management and stakeholders to ensure reliable, cost-effective maintenance across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in maintenance operations management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in maintenance management

Responsabilités

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities in the region, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed timely, accurately, and safely.
• Budget Management: Develop, implement, and manage maintenance budgets for the region, ensuring that expenses are in line with budgetary guidelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance work meets quality control standards, and take corrective action as necessary to prevent reoccurring issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce safety protocols and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the maintenance team, facilities management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on maintenance-related issues.
