Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) environments.
• Ability to manage budgets for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses.
• Knowledge of DOH and CMS regulations and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the physical plant.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance program.
• Implement preventative maintenance to extend asset longevity and equipment functionality.
• Maintain budget for supplies, materials, and vendors (routine and non-routine).
• Ensure compliance with current DOH and CMS regulations.
