Hill Valley Healthcare in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the facility's physical plant, equipment, and maintenance operations for a skilled nursing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, preventive maintenance expertise, and the ability to coordinate with nursing, administration, and vendors while ensuring a safe, compliant, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Knowledge of life-safety systems, emergency preparedness, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and physical plant operations.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and facility-related issues.
• Inspect the building and grounds for safety hazards or repairs.
