SOLV Energy seeks a Regional Facilities Specialist to manage the Denver-area office operations, ensuring readiness, security, and efficient workplace services. This role supports regional facilities initiatives, oversees vendor performance, and controls costs within approved budgets.

The candidate will lead safety programs, space planning, and capital projects while coordinating with Corporate Facilities. Expect travel to regional locations and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, corporate services, office management, or related field.
• Ability to prioritize facilities issues, make decisions within policy and budget constraints.
• Experience evaluating vendor proposals, directing service providers, and monitoring performance.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, security and access administration, space planning, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and facility management tools.

Responsabilités

• Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing facilities issues, service requests, and office readiness.
• Determine workspace, conference, seating solutions based on business needs and space constraints.
• Define service requirements, evaluate vendor proposals, and manage vendor performance within delegated authority.
• Administer access, badges, and security procedures and support security audits and incident response.
• Lead renovations, relocations, and capital projects; maintain project plans and budgets; travel ~30% for regional support.
