Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities across multiple centers in the Los Angeles region. You will ensure safe, reliable, and fully operational locations, guiding regional teams and managing budgets and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities leadership, deep mechanical/electrical/plumbing expertise, and a proven track record of improving uptime and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to develop facility teams and improve uptime across a portfolio.
• Advanced financial acumen including capital planning and cost control.
• Solid safety standards knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations across multiple centers and ensure equipment reliability.
• Coach and develop Facility Managers and maintenance teams.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime of lanes, attractions, and building systems.
• Manage regional facility budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory.
• Analyze downtime and repair costs to drive efficiency.
