Job summary

Walmart is looking for a dynamic Licensed Manager/Electrical for Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee maintenance activities across regional facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians while ensuring all facilities operate efficiently and sustainably. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Store Managers and managing vendor interactions.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills along with a background in facilities services. A competitive salary range of $90,000-$180,000 is offered, along with various benefits including education support, health plans, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in facilities services and overall building maintenance.
• Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Lead a team of dedicated technicians.
• Work with Store Managers on facility services needs.
• Participate in site inspections to monitor compliance.
• Ensure all permits and inspections are secured.
