Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry and regional leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; PE or SE license preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; strategic growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Michigan Region Facilities team and builds client relationships.
• Develops regional growth, forecast, strategic initiatives, and business development strategy.
• Oversees project performance, profitability, and regional staffing.
• Recruits talent and drives employee development.
• Promotes One Osborn culture and cross-office collaboration.
