Job summary

The Osborn Engineering Company seeks a Regional Director for the Michigan Region Facilities Group who will report to the Great Lakes Division Leader. You will lead the Facilities team, build relationships across market sectors, and drive growth while ensuring project performance.

You will guide regional strategy, monitor backlog and utilization, oversee profitability, and mentor talent across offices to support One Osborn and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry with understanding of market sectors and practice areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or Masters.
• PE or SE license preferred with reciprocity ability.
• Leadership experience with successful business acumen history.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative team motivator.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Region for the Facilities team and develops relationships across market sectors to position Osborn as the preferred and trusted choice for clients and employees.
• Develops regional growth, forecast, strategic initiatives, performance oversight and business development strategy.
• Informs the strategic direction of the Region and positions it for sustained growth.
• Maintains relationships with top clients in the Region and leads strategy to maximize Osborn’s value proposition.
• Collaborates with division leaders and office managers to grow and sustain an integrated practice.
• Promotes a culture of One Osborn and ensures regional presence is maintained at a high level.
