Responsibilities

• Conducts regular visits to local offices to perform facility reviews and address safety issues.
• Analyzes space usage and relocations to optimize efficiency.
• Develops service contracts for regional offices (janitorial, security, etc.).
• Coordinates with warehouse and asset management for records and asset disposition.
• Oversees work of other support staff and ensures compliance with procedures.
