Rumpke Waste and Recycling seeks an Area Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee capital projects and preventive maintenance across the assigned territory. You will partner with regional leaders to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and efficient while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

The role requires leading multiple projects, coordinating with operations, and leveraging SAP for reporting and purchasing activities.

Qualifikationen

• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with leadership and external partners.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP project tracking and PO/Maintenance Order processes is a plus.

• Lead facility capital improvement and maintenance projects across assigned regions.
• Develop scopes, solicit vendor quotes, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report on capital project progress.
