Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking an Area Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee capital projects, preventive maintenance, and operations across the assigned territory.

You will partner with Regional VPs, Site Managers, and facilities staff to keep buildings safe, compliant, and performing to company standards. The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning, with responsibility for coordinating multi-site projects, tracking costs in SAP, and ensuring timely completion.

Formación

• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage facility capital improvement and maintenance projects across regions.
• Develop project scopes, solicit vendor quotes, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Oversee budgeting through planning to closeout and coordinate with operations to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and SAP-based processes for reporting and PO management.
• Support facility reliability, efficiency, and asset preservation; perform other duties as assigned.
