Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents with the All-in-One financial services platform. You will recruit and develop agents, serve as a trusted resource, and drive client-focused financial guidance across regions.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, event participation, and relationship-building with financial professionals. Travel to events is required, with a focus on delivering expert guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; licensing within 90 days for new hires.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business development.
• Local and out-of-state travel to events and meetings.
• Ability to work on weekends (once a month) to support local seminars and events.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
• Build relationships with prospects; set up booths and distribute promotional materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
• Support life insurance sales and transactions, including medical exams coordination.
• Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional operations.
