QTS Realty Trust seeks a Vice President, Regional External Affairs to lead the external affairs strategy across a multi-state region. You will oversee government relations, public policy, and community engagement, and will work with leadership to advance growth and reputation.

You will manage a regional team, coordinate with Communications, Legal, and Operations, and build trusted relationships with policymakers and industry stakeholders across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, business, communications, law, economics, urban planning, or related fields.
• Extensive leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, or external affairs across multi-state regions.
• Proven track record in strategic advocacy campaigns and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead and coordinate advocacy campaigns at state and local levels to advance priorities.

• Manage regional plans, budgets, consultants, and external resources for legislative and development priorities.
• Build influential relationships with officials, regulators, and community leaders.
• Anticipate policy and community issues and develop proactive risk management strategies.
• Serve on External Affairs leadership and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy.
