Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Political Science, Business, Communications, Law, Economics, Urban Planning, or related fields.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, lobbying, or external affairs across multiple states.
• Experience leading teams, budgets, and cross-functional organizations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional external affairs strategy aligned with growth, development, and public policy objectives.
• Lead integrated advocacy campaigns at state and local levels to advance priorities and market expansion.
• Direct and develop a high-performing regional team with clear priorities and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align external affairs with corporate objectives and operations.
• Manage regional operating plans, budgets, consultants, and external resources for policy and growth priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with elected officials, regulators, and community stakeholders.
• Anticipate political, policy, regulatory, and community issues and develop proactive strategies.
• Serve as a member of External Affairs leadership and contribute to enterprise-wide planning.
• Represent QTS externally as a senior leader and trusted advocate for the company’s mission and growth objectives.
