QTS Data Centers seeks a Vice President, Regional External Affairs to lead government relations, public policy, economic development, and community engagement across a multi-state region. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (public policy, political science, business, communications, law, economics, urban planning)
• 12+ years of leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, or external affairs across multiple states
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement, advocacy campaigns, and cross-functional teams

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional external affairs strategy
• Lead advocacy campaigns at state/local levels to advance priorities
• Direct and develop a high-performing regional team
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align external strategies with corporate objectives
• Manage regional operating plans, budgets, consultants, and resources
• Build relationships with elected officials, regulators, and community stakeholders
• Anticipate issues and develop proactive risk mitigation and opportunity strategies
• Serve on External Affairs leadership and advise senior leadership
• Represent QTS externally as a senior leader and trusted advocate
